Kentucky Fried Chicken in Darmstadt

Lately they have been making little mistakes with orders because of overwhelming delivery, take out, and drive in orders. The mistakes are leaving things out like side items or sandwiches. Also saw an employee putting unboxed pizza boxes on the floor behind the counter. One employee would tell him not to, and the counter employee would then again out the boxes on the ground.

I've had good experiences there, unfortunately the waiting times are often quite long.

We used to like to go to KFC in Eschollbrückerstr. hasn't been there for a long time. I find it unaffordable in the meantime because I think it is very expensive, and personally I don't like it anymore and I think the quality has also decreased a lot. Only stayed there for Junior because he wanted a small burger for 1.50. But as a family we don't go / get anything there.

4.1.2021 17:30 drive order of 30 €! Forgot two servings of french fries (3.29 each), 2 hotwings too few. A coleslaw for 3.50 too little. two sauces for which I paid an outrageous 0.70 cents each, not included. So half order is missing! Nobody goes on the phone Ran! Hope the branch management will talk to the employees! Almost for € 12 too little in the bag, how incompetent you can be (for that you have to work 1 1/2 hours net at KFC)! Recently ordered online, things were missing too! !

I'll never order here again. My wrap menu was not included. Until someone answers the phone, you have to let the doorbell ring for 20 minutes and to top it all off, you are hissed at on the phone and you just hang up! My wrap was not delivered. Something definitely needs to be changed here in terms of customer satisfaction. Very weak. If I could, I wouldn't have given a star!

Not recommended, the second order where something was missing and if you try to call there nobody answers the phone, if you catch someone on the phone they hang up.

If the employees do not comply with the hygiene regulations ... Customers are greeted with a handshake without disinfecting their hands afterwards and the employee's mask moves down to chat. Waiting time also quite long for that only to-go is possible. Possibly re-train the employees regarding hygiene guidelines.

We were the only ones in the shop and had to wait 20 minutes after ordering. We then noticed in the shop that something was wrong with the order. After 5 more minutes we had to discuss with the staff what was wrong with our order, we had to wait another 5 minutes until we finally had our order. Now our food was completely cold and there was also a rude goodbye. Of course, there was no excuse for the mistake. For sure the last time I was here. I have to say that I was quite polite, because I also come from the catering trade and I know that mistakes can happen. How the whole thing was handled was very disappointing.

The food tastes great. Unfortunately, the staff understands little or nothing and you have to check regularly whether you get what you have ordered. Food great, service flop.

Was here the 1st time and also think the last time. Too long waiting times. Ordering at the counter is no longer possible. You have to order through the computer. Food is ok. Furniture in the outdoor area is defective (risk of injury).

But for a long time this shop has nothing to do with quality. Unfriendly staff mostly missing some things in the order, ketchup mostly only on request, etc. Then stay hungry.

I am not one of the people who harms and 1 star is happy to give 5 stars, the pizza also tastes delicious but there are some shortcomings. If online is open until 1 a.m. and then someone says on the phone the shop closes at 12 noon because then there are no more buses, the phone is constantly manned or the pizza oven is often off an hour in advance and the employees don't understand German is a Kentucky one not worthy. Quite expensive for a fast food. You now order on a display and receive a number. As soon as everything is on the tray, the number is called out. It happened very quickly. There wasn't much going on. The food was like fast food is. For 13.40 euros you can also go to the Italian restaurant or eat schnitzel. But that also takes more time.

So, erlich .... for just under 6 euros a Barbiecueburger .... and the fillet is just a third the size of the bun. So if that is not a freak ... That was really our last visit. How nice were the 80s ... when the KFC was still in the hands of the Americans.

Catastrophe! Personnel more than unqualified! If you want something from the Pizza Hut completely overwhelmed. Last time I waited almost 40 minutes for 3 pan pizzas even though I asked how long it would take (10 minutes would be told) 2 pizzas were ready and lay around 10 minutes ... Only after I asked the other was processed ? If you want something from the Pizza Hut, I can recommend the one in Loop 5 is fresher;)

These guys are really nice, they did a mistake they admitted and refunded. I want buy car "drive road", asked to get coupon number 17 which costs 17 euros, I paid and got the package. Did not have a look at it until I reached home. It was also big package but totally different one. I called them, they admitted and apologised. I got the wrong package for free, and got my money back. Thank you for being nice and honest.
